OUR GUARANTEE

Frugé’s Seasoning is proud to be family owned & operated. We take tremendous pride in our South Louisiana seasoning and our goal is to provide a second to non-experience. If you are not pleased with our product, the service you received, or any aspect of your experience please notify our family so that we can address it.   

Please note that while we cook and ship with love, occasionally transit of your seasoning from our house to yours may arrive with damage that can occur during shipment. Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the damaged item in question, so that we can address the issue with our shipper and make the situation right with you.

UPS, Fedex, or USPS may deliver packages without a delivery signature being required.  If you have any concern about the shipment arriving, signature receipt, or special requests please inform us at the time of order. We cannot be responsible for packages that may be damaged or stolen after delivery has been made. 

Due to the nature of the product, we are unable to make a refund in the event that our flavor or anything related is not to your liking. Please do not hesitate to ask any questions regarding our product prior to shipment, review online reviews, and testimonials.
